This "Great Taste" award winning Red Pepper Vinegar is one of a range of gastronomic fruit vinegars made in Provence. It was awarded two stars - exquisite.
The comment from the Supreme Jury was - "a delightful product with huge potential in any number of uses - a good store cupboard essential. Lovely red pepper flavour well balanced with the tomato and vinegar. To make it even more wonderful perhaps add a dash of celery salt!"
Made from vinegar, braised red peppers, tomatoes, sugar, apple pectin and paprika.
Adds a great tang to Mediterranean food - roasted peppers, aubergines, pasta, meat, fish, and chicken.
