Raspberry Vinegar

This Raspberry Vinegar is one of a range of gastronomic fruit vinegars from Provence.

It is made with vinegar, 41% raspberry, sugar and apple pectin.

Not only is it a wonderful colour but it can be used to enhance the flavour of vegetables, duck, pork, sauces, and puddings - it is particularly good with summer fruit puddings. And if that were not enough it is fantastic for deglazing pans.
