This unique artisanal vinegar, made with 49% cabernet sauvignon grape juice is a fine balance of sweet and sour. 100% natural and fat free, it is delicious sprayed directly onto salads or can be mixed with oil to make a traditional vinaigrette. Use in salads, with fish and scallops, glaze and deglaze red meat and duck.
