Quail Terrine with Beaumes de Venise Wine

This delicious terrine is a mixture of pork, quail and poultry liver with Beaumes de Venise sweet wine.  A good starter, lunch or light supper. Made by Valette in SW France, a high quality producer of duck products. In a glass jar with a screw top lid.

Ingredients: Pork, quail 20%, poultry liver, shallot, whole egg, white wine, corn starch, gelatine, salt, sugar, spices
