We work with individual producers, and while me make every effort to ensure supply, all orders placed with Totally Terroir Ltd are subject to product availability. If for some reason a product is out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone. Providing your order is in stock, we will endeavour to process and dispatch your order for food and gifts with 24 hours, wine & spirits within one week.
Certain of our products, notably wine, spirits and some foods, are shippable only to addresses in the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The security around our customers' identities and credit card details is of the utmost importance to us; this is why we use Worldpay, a global leader in payment processing for our on-line transactions. You can use all major credit cards to pay for your orders as well as Paypal. Totally Terroir does not store customers financial details, credit- or debit-card numbers.
Standard delivery for wine is available anywhere in mainland UK, except Scotland and the Islands which incur an extra charge due to distance from the bonded warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. All other no-duty products can be despatched worldwide. If the customer gives special instructions to us or the courier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned within 30 days. If however the courier has collected the stock, we hope you will understand that you will still be debited any charges raised against us by the courier. If you have already taken delivery of the order we will refund the order value less the cost of delivery and recollection.
Breakages must be notified by email or telephone within 3 days of delivery.

Any recurring payments established with Totally Terroir Ltd will continue until such time as you cancel or terminate your participation in Totally Terroir Ltd's 'recurring payment plan'. Termination must be provided to and acknowledged by Totally Terroir Ltd, at least one calendar month before the next applicable payment date.
In purchasing our products online you agree to the terms and conditions of our website. The details we collect from you enable us to process and deliver your orders. By registering your details on our website, you consent to us holding personal data about you. We are bound by the Data Protection Act of 1998. Age Restriction: In accordance with UK law you must be 18 years or over to place an order for alcohol with totallyterroir.com either online or by any other means. The action of placing an order for alcohol confirms to us that you are at least 18 years old. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over and the courrier may require ID for proof of age. If we or our courrier are not satisfied that you are 18 years of age we legally obliged to refuse to accept or deliver any orders.
