Made from 100% Merlot, this sparkling rosé is delicious on its own or with strawberries and summer fruit puddings.
Made by the renowned St-Émilion wine maker Pascal Delbeck, whose mantra is to respect the terroir and the minimum use of treatments.
This sparkling rosé is fermented in barrels, and left on its lees (the residual yeast) for five months before bottling. The result is a soft, fine bubbled, well balanced sparkling rosé.
